Where do we deliver?

We offer carriage paid and charged options for the UK and main EU territories.

Shipping can be arranged for all other destinations on request.

Step 1

Please email with the following info:

  • Your account number
  • Invoice or packing note number
  • Affected item code/s & description
  • Quantity of the product affected
  • Details of any issues identified with the product

Step 2

A member of our customer service team will acknowledge receipt of your email within one working day and will advise you if any further action is required.

Step 3

We may require the goods to be returned to us. In this instance a collection will be arranged by our customer service team. Please package the damaged items in their original packaging and details of the collection will follow.

Please Note

  • We may ask you to email us a picture of the damaged product
  • Any items being collected must be in their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted unless previously agreed with Gisela Graham Limited.
  • On receipt of your goods a credit note will be raised and where appropriate a refund arranged
