Firstly, please accept our apologies if you are in anyway unhappy with you order or have received an item damaged during delivery.
To report any problems, if you use WhatsApp, simply click on the Report a problem with this order link towards the bottom of your order confirmation email. From there you can send us photos of any damages etc. and a member of our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
