Refunds Policy
For any orders placed on this site we offer a 14 day no-quibble cancellation or returns policy. If you would like to take advantage of this please follow the simple instructions detailed on our Returns page. The 14 day period starts from receipt of your order
If we require you to return any items, you will have 14 days from such a request to send the items back to us.
Whatever the circumstances that lead to the return you will always have two options:
- We will send you a replacement identical product at no additional cost, or
- You can choose to receive a full refund for the item, including in many cases a refund for any postage costs incurred.
All refunds will be issued via our payment partner, Trust Payments, who will refund the credit card, debit card, PayPal or Apple account used when placing the order.
All refunds will be made within 1 working day of any issues being resolved. Our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
